About
Welcome
I am a counselor committed to cultural sensitivity. I value diversity. My goal is to provide a safe, non-discriminatory, non-shaming space for authentic, mindful communication. I believe in the power of love, the wisdom of the heart, and each person’s ability to find their own truth. With increased self-awareness you can pause to face your fears and disrupt avoidance cycles. I believe that each of us shines from within. Grounded in love, my intent is to reduce suffering and to do no harm. Allow me to help you recognize and appreciate how you shine.
